1. Listen & Discover
Our team starts by developing a thorough understanding of the application and performance goals of each product.
2. Design & Engineer
Our in-house engineering and product development teams evaluate product geometry, foam selection, fiber construction, durability, ergonomics and overall performance to develop solutions engineered for the intended application.
3. Prototype & Validate
Using an iterative approach, our engineers test and refine prototypes until they meet our demanding expectations for cut, finish quality, durability, heat management and usability.
4. Manufacture
Once the design is approved, production begins at our manufacturing facility in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, where we can monitor for quality and standards compliance at every stage of the process.
5. Inspect & Verify
Throughout manufacturing, we inspect all products to ensure they meet Lake Country performance and quality expectations. We also evaluate our manufacturing process to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
6. Package & Deliver
Whether we’re producing Lake Country-branded products or private label lines, our team packages and distributes directly from our Wisconsin headquarters for efficient fulfillment and dependable delivery.
